What Is Your Fee?
My fee for Individual Therapy is $150 and $175 for Couples Therapy for a 50-minute session.
Do You Take Insurance ?

I don’t contract with any insurance companies, which means that I’m an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans. If you’d like to use your insurance, you’ll pay me directly for services and submit a receipt called a superbill to your insurance company. I will provide the superbill to you monthly and your insurance will reimburse you directly if mental health services are covered. You may also use your HSA or FSA card to pay for services.

Many individuals are reimbursed 50-80% of the fee, which means the out of pocket cost ends up being $30-$75 per session. But first, call your insurance provider to ask:

  • Will you reimburse for mental health service providers that are out of network?
  • Do I have a deductible to meet before you will reimburse?
  • Have I met any portion of that deductible yet?
  • What is the reimbursement rate?
How Often Will I See You?
I typically see clients once per week. Seeing each other weekly allows for the work to move along at a good pace.
